JTECH manufactures and supplies plastic hangers for brands and stores at our own injection moulding factory in Icheon, Korea.
There are two ways to order: choose from the eight hanger models for which JTECH owns moulds and customise the colour, logo and packing, or transfer your existing hanger mould to our factory. Injection moulding, printing, assembly, inspection, packing and delivery are handled together. We have produced hundreds of millions of hangers and supplied hundreds of clothing brands.

Two ways to order custom hangers
Start with a JTECH model if you do not own a mould, or transfer an existing mould if you already have one.

Processes available at one factory
Choose the scope you need, from materials and moulding to logo printing, inspection, packing and dispatch by destination.

What is the minimum order?
New injection moulding runs are discussed from 1,000 units per hanger model.
Business supply from existing stock and logo-only printing have quantity conditions that depend on the model, colour and printing method. These are confirmed during consultation. For small quantities of standard hangers without printing, visit our TREEANT online shop.
Why work with one factory in Korea?
Coordinate production, printing, packing schedules and quality criteria with one contact.
When moulding, printing and packing are handled by separate companies, the buyer needs to coordinate schedules and inspection standards. JTECH handles these processes together in Icheon and uses the agreed conditions for repeat orders. Our longest-standing customer relationships exceed 10 years.
What should I prepare before enquiring?
Hanger type, quantity, colour, logo requirements and delivery destinations are enough to start.
You do not need to finalise every specification. Mark anything undecided and we will explain what is needed.

From enquiry to delivery
We review requirements and the model or mould, approve artwork, produce, print and inspect, then pack and deliver.

Confirm the model or mould
Choose a model and colour from our range, or have your transferred mould inspected and trialled to confirm feasibility.
Approve artwork and conditions
Agree logo position, size and colour, packing units and inspection criteria. We then confirm the quotation and schedule.
Injection moulding
We produce the hangers in the agreed material and colour.
Printing, assembly & inspection
We print the logo, carry out any assembly and inspect against the agreed criteria.
Packing & delivery
We pack in the agreed units and dispatch to one or multiple destinations.
Frequently asked questions
Do branded hangers need a new mould?
Not necessarily. Choose a model and colour from our eight existing hanger models and add your logo without making a new mould.
Can I transfer a hanger mould from another factory?
Please enquire with mould photos, dimensions and finished product photos. We review machine compatibility, then inspect and trial the mould after arrival to confirm production feasibility.
Can you handle production, logo printing and packing together?
Yes. Select the processes you need, including moulding, logo printing, assembly, inspection, packing and delivery, for a combined quotation.
What is the lead time for hangers made in Korea?
It depends on quantity, colour, printing, mould condition and the production schedule. Share your preferred delivery date so we can check feasibility first.
Can I choose a custom colour?
Each model has specified materials and colours. For example, our trouser hanger is HIPS in black, white, brown or beige. Other colours require a review of resin and quantity conditions.
Can I specify the raw material?
Yes. We can source materials or use customer-specified resin. Any use of recycled material is agreed before production.

Can you develop a completely new hanger shape?
JTECH does not directly design new products or manufacture new moulds. Drawing on our mould development and manufacturing experience, we can discuss how to prepare a mould.
