Injection moulding for household
and industrial products, JTECH
We take over your mold and manage the flow from resin sourcing
through injection, printing, assembly, inspection, packing and delivery.
Hand over the mold.
We carry it through to delivery.
From mold transfer to final delivery,
we manage every step that needs managing.
Looking for JTECH products?
Hangers, rack dividers and other products we already make
are listed on a separate page.
If you are looking for a new production partner,
these are probably what matter.
- Can the mold be moved and still run reliably at volume?
- After moulding, can printing, assembly, packing and delivery stay under one roof?
- When schedules slip or problems appear, is there someone who answers directly?
If these three matter to you,
start below with our production range and delivery method.
First, check whether the conditions match.
If you have a mold ready and product details,
you can check against the specs below.

PRODUCTION FLOW
From the mold arriving to the goods leaving.
We confirm the mold and the conditions first.
Then only the stages you need — material, moulding, finishing, inspection, packing, delivery.
01. Mold review & transfer
We bring in your existing mold and inspect its condition.
A trial shot confirms whether it is ready for volume production.
We then report back on clamping fit and any repairs needed.
02. Material prep & injection
We source and compound resin to match the product and required properties.
Production runs on 150–280 ton presses.
Conditions are locked after first-article inspection so every run matches.
03. Secondary operations
Logo printing, part assembly and other finishing are handled in the same plant.
Nothing moves between vendors, so losses and blame gaps disappear.
04. Inspection & packing
We inspect against the standard agreed with you.
Packing follows your carton spec and units per box.
Sorting by destination is completed at this stage.
05. Final shipping
From small parcels to pallets and 40FT export containers.
Goods can ship straight to the final destination.
Are you still handling everything
after production ends?
If goods leave the plant, come back to you for checking,
get sorted by destination and repacked before going out again,
then production ending does not mean the work has ended.
That part can finish at the plant.
10+ years
One customer moved to this shipping method
and has stayed with us for more than ten years since.
We matched every delivery condition along the way — small parcels,
split shipments to multiple sites, and 40FT export containers.
For a first-time partner,
the record speaks better than the pitch.

DIRECT MANAGEMENT
The person who knows the floor
is the one who answers.
Our founder holds injection moulding qualifications
and has around 20 years on the floor.
He manages production, quality and lead times directly.
- When conditions have to change, he checks the floor and answers what is possible.
- When a schedule shifts, he reviews the plan and gives you a date that holds.
- When a mold or quality issue appears, it is handled on the floor, not passed along.
START A PROJECT
Have a product to make
or a mold to move?
You do not need to prepare a formal RFQ first.
Continue by email, phone or KakaoTalk — whichever suits you.

What buyers ask before ordering.
Yes. We bring the mold in, inspect it and run a trial shot to confirm it is ready for volume production, then send back the schedule and conditions. Note that JTECH does not design or build new molds.
Our range is 150 to 280 tons of clamping force. Send a drawing or a photo of the mold and we will confirm the fit first. If it falls outside our range, we tell you so up front.
Volume injection orders start at 1,000 pieces per product. Small-run printing jobs such as logo printing have no minimum quantity. Exact terms depend on part size, mold condition, material and which secondary operations are included, so we confirm them based on the conditions at the time of your enquiry.
Mainly PP, PS, PE, ABS and PVC. We decide the compound after confirming required properties and colour, and any use of recycled resin is agreed clearly before production. We can source the resin ourselves or run on material specified and supplied by you — both arrangements are open to discussion.
Yes. You can stop at injection, or continue through printing, assembly, inspection, packing and shipping. Choose only the scope you need.
Yes. We sort by destination during inspection and packing, then ship directly to each final address. That removes the step where the buyer receives, re-sorts and re-packs.
It depends on mold condition, volume, whether secondary operations are included, and current line loading. We confirm the lead time after reviewing the mold and quantity, and we do not quote an arbitrary period before that.
You do not need a complete RFQ to start. Share whatever you already have — product photos or drawings, mold photos, material, expected quantity, required secondary operations, packing and delivery method. If anything essential for a quote is missing, we will ask only for those items.
Yes. We can supply products JTECH already produces, and if a new mold is required we explain what needs to be prepared.
You receive a first reply within 24 hours on business days. If the mold needs review, we tell you up front how long that will take.
