Injection moulding quotation
An injection moulding quotation is based on the product, mould, material, quantity and required finishing.
You can start with product photos or drawings and what you already know, without a completed request form. Use the table below to define the scope. Mark unknown items as unconfirmed and our team will explain what else is needed.
Six items for your quotation request
| Item | Details to provide | If not yet available |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Name, use, photos or drawings, dimensions | Start with the intended use and photos. |
| Mould | Availability, photos, dimensions and current condition | Simply tell us whether you have a mould. |
| Material / colour | Current material, specified resin and colours | Describe requirements and mark the material as unconfirmed. |
| Quantity / timing | Initial quantity, expected repeat orders and preferred delivery date | Provide an estimated range. |
| Finishing | Required printing, assembly, inspection and packing | Describe the finished condition you want to receive. |
| Delivery | Destinations, quantities by destination, carton / pallet requirements | Describe your receiving method and current plans. |
Compare quotations with the same scope
Check who supplies resin, whether printing, assembly, inspection and packing are included, and the scope of sorting and transport by destination. Comparing only unit prices can overlook differences in finishing and dispatch.
Basic conditions for production enquiries
JTECH reviews customer mould transfers for production on 150–280-tonne machines. Mass-production enquiries start at 1,000 units per product. We do not design or manufacture new moulds. Compatibility and detailed conditions are reviewed after enquiry.
Quotes and schedules follow a review
After checking product and mould details, we explain any further information needed and agree scope and timing. We provide a first reply within 24 hours on business days. If mould review takes longer, we explain the review time first. The initial reply may come before a firm quotation or delivery date.
