From product selection to supply
1. Choose an existing product or discuss your mould
For existing hangers and rack dividers, send the product name, colour and quantity. For another injection-moulded part, provide a drawing or product photo and information about your existing mould. JTECH reviews production on 150–280 ton presses; we do not design or build new moulds.
2. Agree the material and finishing work
Confirm the material, colour and required printing, assembly, inspection and packing. For logo work, send the original artwork, print position and size. We review the conditions before confirming the quotation and schedule.
3. Confirm packing and delivery destinations
Share units per carton, destination-specific quantities and the required delivery method. JTECH can discuss inspection, packing and separate shipments to the final destinations as part of the supply scope.
