Hanger production guides
Custom branded hangers: from enquiry to delivery
Custom hanger orders progress through enquiry, model or mould review, artwork, production, printing and inspection, then packing and delivery.
What should a buyer prepare for the first enquiry?
Start with the garment type, quantity and whether you need a logo.
You do not need every specification ready. Tell us how many stores you supply, the garments to display and whether you want branding. We can suggest a model and explain the next decisions. Send a photo if you already use a particular hanger.
What is decided at each stage?
Knowing what you need to decide at each stage helps keep the schedule moving.
| Stage | JTECH’s work | Buyer’s decisions |
|---|---|---|
| Model / mould review | Suggest one of eight models or inspect and trial a transferred mould | Model and colour, or mould arrival schedule |
| Artwork / conditions | Prepare artwork, packing units, inspection criteria and quotation | Artwork approval, quantity and delivery date |
| Production | Injection moulding | — |
| Printing / inspection | Logo printing, required assembly and inspection | Confirm inspection criteria |
| Packing / delivery | Pack and dispatch to one or multiple destinations | Quantities and addresses by destination |
What commonly delays an order?
Artwork approval delays, changes to quantities or destinations, and logo file issues are common causes.
- Approval takes longer because several people review the artwork
- Quantity or colour changes after production starts
- Original print artwork is obtained late
- Delivery addresses and quantities are decided just before dispatch
How do repeat orders work?
Use the original model, colour and printing conditions as the reference, then provide quantities and destinations.
Agreed conditions become the basis for the next order. If stores are expanding or you use the same hanger each season, sharing repeat-order plans early helps production planning.
