Plastic injection moulding
JTECH accepts customer mould transfers and manages plastic injection moulding through delivery.
When comparing manufacturers, consider mould condition, resin, quantity and finishing as well as machine tonnage. Based in Icheon, Korea, JTECH discusses household and industrial product manufacturing with the processes you need.

Contract production using your existing mould
Send product drawings or photos and the condition of your mould. After arrival, we inspect and trial the mould to confirm mass-production feasibility. We then agree materials, quantities, finishing and delivery.
A resin name alone does not define the specification
Even PP or ABS products can differ in required properties, colour and sourcing. Send details of the current or specified resin. We can source material or use customer-specified resin; any recycled material is agreed in advance.
Include finishing in your quotation scope
Tell us from the start if you need printing, assembly, inspection or packing. Agreeing sorting and direct dispatch by destination helps plan production around your receiving and redistribution needs.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order moulding only and handle finishing separately?
Yes. Select moulding only or any combination of printing, assembly, inspection, packing and delivery. Compare quotations with the same processes included.
Can I buy products without owning a mould?
You can enquire about our existing hangers, rack dividers and other products. A new product may require a mould. JTECH does not design or manufacture new moulds.
Does an order of 1,000 units guarantee production?
No. That is the quantity threshold for discussing mass production per product. Feasibility still depends on mould compatibility, material, product size and finishing.
