Hanger production guides
Seven checks when choosing a hanger manufacturer
Check production, moulds, printing, quantities, inspection, dispatch and communication before choosing a hanger manufacturer.
Seven questions and JTECH’s conditions
Ask each supplier the same seven questions to make comparison easier.
| Question | Why it matters | JTECH |
|---|---|---|
| Do you manufacture in-house? | Separate production and printing require the buyer to coordinate schedules. | Moulding, printing, inspection and packing at our Icheon factory |
| Do you own moulds? | Otherwise a new mould may be needed. | Moulds for eight hanger models; customer mould transfers also reviewed |
| Which printing methods? | Logo appearance and cost differ. | Hot foil, pad and woodblock printing |
| What is the minimum quantity? | It needs to fit initial and repeat orders. | New moulding runs from 1,000 units per model; printing quantities by consultation |
| Are inspection criteria agreed? | Clear defect-handling criteria help avoid disputes. | Inspection criteria agreed before production |
| How do you dispatch? | Multiple stores may need split deliveries. | Parcels, pallets, 40FT containers and dispatch by destination |
| How quickly do you reply? | Communication affects schedule planning. | First reply within 24 hours on business days |
What is easily missed in a quotation?
Check whether packing, shipping and artwork cost extra, and whether repeat orders retain the same conditions.
A low initial price may change once packing, shipping and artwork revisions are added. Ask for quotations covering the same scope before comparing.
How can I assess a supplier’s track record?
Ask about cumulative production, supply experience and long-term customer relationships.
JTECH has produced hundreds of millions of hangers and supplied hundreds of clothing brands. Our longest-standing customer relationships exceed 10 years. Our hanger patent No. 10-2643450 and TREEANT trademark No. 40-2033855 are also available for reference.
